Where are you based out of? 

ShotsByShi is based out of Cincinnati, OH. Although I am open to travel anywhere and everywhere.

What is your turnaround time?

I have a 1-2 week turnaround time in addition to sending sneak peaks within 24 hours of your session. I am just as excited as you are to see the finished product of your session, but you can’t rush perfection. I want to give each and every session my all! 

How many photos will we receive?

I do not put a limit on the amount of images I deliver, you’ll receive back as many photos as we can capture during your session time. Although I do guarantee a minimum, you will receive at least 50 images for a half hour session and at least 100 images for an hour session. 

How do we get our photos?

You will receive an email with a link to your online gallery where you can download all your images. 

How do we book a studio to use for our session?

There are so many studio options available for us to use. Most rental fees range between $50-$75. The rental fee will be added onto your session cost. Together we will find the perfect studio to fit your needs. We then will go over the studios availability and book the date and time that works best for our schedules. Studio rental fees are due at time of booking. 

Can you help plan our session?

I’d absolutely love to help you achieve whatever ideas you have for your session, whether that’s gathering inspiration photos, deciding on outfits, accessories, props, or what locations will match the best.

What is your booking process?

1.) To book with me, you can fill out my booking form here on my website or email me directly or message me on my social platforms. 
2.) I will respond to your inquiry asap and we will then go over all the details of your session and decide on the best location, date, and time. 
3.) You will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit and in return receive an email with booking confirmation. 
4.) Day of your session, you’ll pay the remaining balance. 
5.) 24 hours after your session, you will receive sneak peaks. 
6.) Your full online gallery will be delivered to you 1-2 weeks after your session.
